You got me thinking about the meaning of customer success. I believe a success, such as a partnership between a customer and a supplier, must ultimately result in a Win-Win outcome. Wikipedia &lt;a href=&quot;http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Win-win_game&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;defines win-win &lt;/a&gt;as &#039;emphasize &lt;em&gt;the importance of cooperation, fun, sharing, caring and over-all group success in contrast to domination, egotistic behaviour and personal gain&#039;&lt;/em&gt;. This is not always the relationship between supplier and customer in IT.
