Your right switching between the short and long term is a challenge for us all. I think people like reactive distractions. They are exciting. Planning for the future can sometimes seems too distant and dull. However it is vital. 

There are so many quotes on this “Start with the end in mind.” or “If you don’t know where you are going, you will probably end up somewhere else.”. This applies to startups, employees, careers, sports and many other things in life.

I&#039;ve found that time is compressed within startups and so the need for switching between the short and long term goals is even more extreme.]]></description>
